Here I am back again to share my own experience about depression. This word itself is so depressed :P.
Everyone in their lives go through a stage where they think its all fucked up...nothing can be done now...I am stuck here for the rest of my life..oh god why me...help me...blaakkkhh..
Enough of this now. Go out, talk to your friends, your family or a person with whom you feel most at ease. Infact try this one, talk to an unknown person regarding your problems. That person could be a therapist may be or a person who knows nothing about you.
The thing is if you don't pour your heart out, one day this depression thing might attack. Talking to strangers is an advantage because you know they don't know anything about you and that you have the ultimate power toh create a new "YOU" in front of them.
Sharing is the best tool to deal with depression or sadness. Whenever you feel emotionally weak here are some remedies tested and proved (by me ofcourse :D) These will only work if you really want to get out of the shit :P
1. Eat eat eat!!!! Eat what you love the most.
2. Talk to your friends(happy ones) and may be cry if you feel like. NOTHING IS WRONG IN CRYING.
3. Try some happy music and Don't listen to sad songs if you go in the depth of the lyrics :P
4. Engage yourself in something you are passionate about be it your work or a hobby anything that you LOVE ;)
There obviously are some DON'Ts as well :P
1. Never get drunk because you are sad. Why get drunk when you can always cry without drinking :P
2. If you are depressed because of a relationship, don't talk about it but talk to the concerned person.
3. One night stands (Most stupid idea you can see in the western world)
4. Don't ever think that crying is for weak :P
Last but not the least the perfect funda to live a happy life is..
"Stay positive and love being happy"
Smile for life :)
